The Scene
Born in 2003, Rock en Seine has become one of France's top mega-festivals. Held just outside of Paris at the incredibly scenic Domaine National de Saint-Cloud (an 1100 acre historical park), this festival showcases the best of international and regional rock on five unique stages.
