What’s Happening This Weekend: Music Festivals for May 18-20, 2017

It’s the calm before the storm of next weekend’s Memorial Day/Bank Holiday onslaught of festivals. If you want to warm up before summer kicks into high gear, there’s some great punk rock over the next few days at Pouzza Fest in Montreal and Rock on the Range in Columbus. Hipsters will flock to the latest edition of Project Pabst in Denver or North Carolina’s Moogfest.

What’s Happening Pick of the Weekend: Check out The Great Escape, which features 400+ up and coming artists across dozens of venues in Brighton — a city that was once described to us as “the San Francisco of England.”

What’s Happening Fun Fact: Hangout Fest out of Alabama remains the sole festival that we know of that lets you watch main stage acts from a hot tub with their VIP pass.
