While the North American festival scene has been rocked with the dual failures of FYRE Festival and the Pemberton Music Festival, one fest is looking to soften the blow. The WayHome Festival out of Ontario is reaching out to abandoned festies by offering them free GA passes.

The helping hand first came earlier this week when WayHome extended FYRE Festival attendees a free GA ticket. As WayHome points out, “we cannot promise swimming adventures with pigs or fancy yachts, but we can help to fill a void & provide an experience to those who were unable to have the time-of-their-life at FYRE.”

FYRE Festival offer can be found here.

On Thursday, when British Columbia mega-festival Pemberton, folded up shop due to bankruptcy, WayHome was once again there to pick up the pieces: “It’s saddening to hear of the struggles Pemberton Music Festival organizers are dealing with, and therefore want to help by honouring all purchased ticket holders with a free pass to WayHome this summer.”

Pemberton Music Festival offer can be found here.

WayHome takes place July 28-30, 2017, in Oro-Medonte, Ontario. This year’s headliners include Flume, Cage the Elephant, Imagine Dragons, Vance Joy, Marshmello, Solange, and Porter Robinson.
