The UR1 Music Festival dropped one hell of a first round lineup: Kanye West, The Offspring, Keane, Lou Reed, FUN., Santigold, Erick Morillo, Bob Sinclar, Pete Tong and also special Cocoon Heroes featuring Sven Vath & Dubfire along with Circo Loco theater. It’s all happening December 8-9, 2012, in downtown Miami.
Cool lineup, but this music festival takes place during Art Basel Miami Beach, one of the most prestigious art shows of the year. UR1 will celebrate its artistic side with artwork scattered throughout the venue and promise “large-scale big-impact works with that ‘Wow’ factor.”
Tickets: As always sooner is better than later, especially with a first round lineup like this. A two day pass will run you $149 (+23.37 in service fees). No word on if there will be a price increase or single day tickets.
