Hear that noise? The new festival alert bell is ringing off the hook. Debut fests are popping up around the world for later this year and into 2016. Let’s take a peek at what’s in the pipeline with these four new entries.

CRSSD Fest
Apparently the spring debut of the CRSSD Fest in San Diego was so successful that it has spawned a fall sequel. This time around The Flaming Lips, Jamie XX and TV on the Radio will lead the lineup.

Okeechobee Festival
Already winning the 2016 title of “festival name I will never be able to spell without looking it up” goes to the all new Okeechobee Festival in Florida. Local papers are managing high exceptions by musing if this will be “Florida’s Coachella”.

Community Festival
Festival Republic and Live Nation have teamed up for a new three-day festival in East London. Their pitch goes “from hip hop and grime to indie, rock and electro pop, expect a diverse line up of acts hotly tipped for 2016.”

Movement Getaway
The Movement Festival won’t put up with another winter in Detroit and is going to Puerto Rico with The Martinez Brothers and Apollonia for the first ever Movement Getaway this November.
