The rumors of a Tenacious D sponsored festival have been swirling since the beginning of the year. We weren’t sure it wasn’t even going to happen, but now it can be confirmed that the Festival Supreme (October 19, 2013) will go down in Santa Monica this fall. They’re bringing some huge comedy along including the return of Mr. Show, The Mighty Boosh, Adam Sandler, and Sarah Silverman.
Jack Black also hinted that this could be a nationwide tour at some point in the New York Times.
Tickets: Presale begins on Wednesday at 10am PST. (The password is SUPREME.) Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday at 10am PST.
