It took a little bit of work, but the inaugural edition of the new Panorama Music Festival is set for New York City on July 22-24, 2016. Arcade Fire, Kendrick Lamar, and LCD Soundsystem will top each night of music. The venue will be Randall’s Island (home of Governor’s Ball and Electric Zoo).
