PROMOTIONS DESCRIPTION: The Company, Music Festival Wizard, regularly conducts various Contests, Promotions & Sweepstakes (collectively “Contests”) on the website, https://www.musicfestivalwizard.com (“Website”). All Contests, regardless of their timing, nature, scope or prizes shall be subject to and governed by these Official Rules.
By participating in a Music Festival Wizard Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Music Festival Wizard (PO Box 86, Montpelier, VT) which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to enter. Employees of Music Festival Wizard, and members of their immediate families, any participating websites or companies who have been retained in relation to this promotion, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies are ineligible to win a prize as offered through Contests on the Website. Entrants are not eligible to win Music Festival Wizard Contests within 120 days of each other.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter a Contest on Music Festival Wizard, complete the Contest entry form with all the information requested. Click “Enter the Contest” and you will automatically be entered. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. All requested information on the entry form at the Webpage must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Attempts to notify potential winners by Music Festival Wizard will be made using the e-mail address provided at entry within three (3) days of the Contest end date. Music Festival Wizard is not responsible for e-mail, telephone or other communication problems of any kind. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within one (1) business days of the second notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and, at discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected and notified. Music Festival Wizard will conduct a new random drawing, the winner of which will receive the corresponding prize. This process will continue until either all prizes have been awarded or no valid entries remain, whichever occurs first. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Music Festival Wizard shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: By entering a Music Festival Wizard contest, entrants release and hold harmless Music Festival Wizard, all affiliates and subsidiaries of such entities, their employees, agents and representatives from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage. Each prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. All prizes are strictly promotional in nature. Any sale or commercial transference of prizes is expressly forbidden.
GENERAL RELEASE: Entrants (or if minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree that Music Festival Wizard shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation a Contest or any Contest-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
Music Festival Wizard reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Music Festival Wizard to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, photo, statements and address (city and state) for advertising or publicity purposes, worldwide, and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
