MoogFest announced a hand full of new additions to their show (October 26-27, 2012) in Asheville, North Carolina. Nas will perform with a Moog-ed out nine piece band. Other additions are Tim Hecker & Daniel Lopatin (aka Oneohotrix Point Never), Buke & Gase, Ahleuchatistas, and Morton Subotnick performing one of the most influential peices of electronic music of all time.
They join previously announced Primus with a 3D show, Orbital, Explosions in the Sky, Santigold, and GZA presenting his debut solo album Liquid Swords. Like every year, Moogfest is a hell of an interesting lineup. This showcase festival just keeps getting more unique and creative with their artists.
