KP-Sling-Everyday-Adventure-Bag-3

If you haven’t heard about the KP Sling bag, we’ve got good news and bad news. The good news is that this “Everyday Adventure” bag by Keep Pursuing looks perfect for music festivals, and was successfully Kickstarted this summer with over 2,000 backers and nearly $200,000 funded. The bad news is you probably haven’t gotten yours yet, because they just started shipping this week.

So what’s the Sling and what makes it perfect for your next music fest adventure? We like the streamlined look of the single shoulder design, making it a compact and versatile container without coming off looking like a murse. Well-crafted, secure and water-resistant, this bag will stand up to the most rugged abuse you can give it. KP has thought of everything, offering stash spots for sunglasses and electronics, as well as other bells and whistles.

Speaking of stashes, here’s when we tell you about our favorite part of the KP Sling – the secret compartment. Here’s what the company has to say about that:

“We’ve designed a passport sized secret compartment somewhere in the Sling to store your important belongings. This compartment is so hidden that it’s virtually invisible. We can’t tell you where this pocket is located, because then it wouldn’t be a secret anymore. You’ll have to really look for it to find it when you receive your Sling.”

Yes, because that’s exactly what you’d use a completely invisible, nigh undetectable pocket for when going into a music festival – passports, amirite? Thanks KP! We haven’t gotten our hands on a Sling bag yet, but we’re keeping an eye out for our review bag and we’ll give you some more info – as well as a rundown on how “secret” that secret pocket really is.

Learn more about the Sling Bag or pick one up at Keep Pursuing. We’ll do a full review whenever we receive our bag, and let us know if you get one!
