The iTunes Festival is bringing a smaller version of the concert series to the United States this spring. Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, Pitbull, Keith Urban, ZEDD, and more will take the stage at ACL Live at the Moody Theater from March 11-15, 2014.
The original iTunes Festival out of London typically lasts for 30 nights. It’s really more a music showcase with only 2-3 artists performing each evening. What really drives the buzz for this series is that tickets are free and the US version will be no different. Registered attendees of SXSW will have a chance to win tickets.
Of course nothing says fresh and exciting new talent like Pitbull, Coldplay and Keith Urban, so not entirely sure about that connection to SXSW…
