It’s no surprise that the Virgin Mobile FreeFest sells out every fall — it has the word free in the title. If you missed your shot to nab tickets to see Cee Lo Green, Empire of the Sun, The Black Keys, and Grace Potter on September 10th, there’s still a couple (legal) options to make your way into Baltimore’s Merriweather Post Pavilion.
Volunteer — In exchange for joining the RE*Generation program, you can snag a ticket — and help out at-risk youth in the process.
Pay — This year, an actual ticket is being offered for $49.50. It includes a donation to help homeless youth, a t-shirt, and $1 off beers.
Facebook — There’s a bunch of ways to earn a ticket through contests or volunteer work. Start with the FreeFest Facebook page and work your way from there.
