Hardly Strictly Bluegrass is Best Festival Deal Ever

You would think that a three day festival in the heart of San Francisco and featuring acts like Rosanne Cash, Umphrey’s McGee, Indigo Girls, Steve Earle, Elvis Costello, Joan Baez, and the Avett Brothers might cost some coin. You would be wrong. The 10 year anniversary of Hardly Strictly Bluegrass is completely free.

How can they swing three days of music? A rich philanthropist named Warren Hellman gives the festival as a gift to San Francisco. Now that’s a party.
