It’s a far cry from the 100 promised acts, but Austria’s FM4 Frequency Festival has kicked off the new year with a chunk of artists for the upcoming fest (August 15-17, 2013). The Frequency Festival bills itself as “two festivals in one”. For the daytime hard rocker, you’re looking at System of a Down, Flogging Molly, and Die Toten Hosen.
