The Forecastle Festival (July 13-15, 2103) out of Louisville, Kentucky, unveiled a lineup today which features The Black Keys, The Avett Brothers, The Flaming Lips, Alabama Shakes, Jim James, Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, and Animal Collective just to get started. Here’s one for you String Cheese Incident fans! The much beloved SCI will put on three performances at Forecastle including a headlining set, a late night show, and The Forecastle Incident, a one-of-a-kind performance with special guests.
Tickets: A general admission pass will run you anywhere from $125-$180 depending on how long you wait. Single day tickets will be available later on in the year, and there will also be some separately ticketed late night shows.
Fun Fact: Did you know that Louisville is also known as “Possibility City?” That rhymes.
