V Festival was an annual event that took place over a weekend in August. The festival was established in 1996 and was known for featuring a wide range of popular music acts, including rock, pop, and electronic artists. V Festival was unique in that it had two sister festivals that occurred simultaneously at two different locations in the UK: one in Chelmsford, Essex, and the other in Stafford, Staffordshire.
