The Scene
Epicenter is a new 3-day fest that debuts at the newly created Rockingham Festival Grounds in North Carolina. Epicenter Festival replaces Carolina Rebellion, which was held in North Carolina from 2011-2018. The new venue features nighttime entertainment with no curfew and enhanced camping amenities.
