Festival Hub: Moonrise Festival

The Scene: It’s off to the races with the EDM Moonrise Festival. Held just outside Baltimore at the nearly 150 year old Pimlico Race Course, Moonrise is growing organically into one of the largest electronic events in the Capitol Region.
