The Scene: 'Holo Holo' means 'to travel, to sail, to move', and invokes the spirit of a familiar expression one hears often in Hawai'i between friends. For two days, the Holo Holo Festival will take over the Downtown Las Vegas Event Center, transforming the streets into an oasis full of reggae music, island style food, and craft vendors.
