Festival Hub: HOCO Fest
The Scene: Even without a full-blown indie rock festival, downtown Tucson is the best spot to party in Arizona. HOCO (short for Hotel Congress) is a legendary hotel, well known for its stiff drinks, trivia nights, and the spot where John Dillinger was captured in 1934.
