While Americans spent last week stuffing their faces with turkey, the Europeans have been releasing their mega-headliner news into the wild. Let’s take a look at what’s on tap for next summer.

The embarrassment of riches continues for the 2017 edition of Belgium’s Rock Werchter Festival. Blink-182 joins a lineup that already includes Radiohead, Arcade Fire, Foo Fighters, Linkin Park, and System of a Down.

Rod. Fucking. Stewart. His festival appearance confirmed for Isle of Wight Festival.

Phoenix and Die Antwoord kick off the first night of Festival Musilac in France. There’s more artists, but this adorable cartoon cat on the official website keeps blocking our view. Anything that keeps Die Antwoord from making more Chappie movies is okay in our book.

The “very English open air” Cornbury Festival is celebrating their final year. Unlike most festivals that just seem to vanish, Cornbury will be going out on their own terms with a fabulous finale. Their first bucket list headliner is Bryan Adams. Fun fact: he’s also a photographer now.

Franz Ferdinand will be headlining the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival in the highlands of Scotland next summer. We were on hand this year for what had to be the most family-friendly festival we’ve ever attended. Fun facts about Archduke Franz Ferdinand: He hunted nearly 300,000 animals and loved roses.

Open’er Festival keeps dribbling out headliners, the latest being Mac Miller and James Blake. If last year’s lineup is any indication, we’ve still got a long way to go.

Because no German festival with the word “rock” in it can be Rammstein-free, they’ll be joining the double trouble Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park festivals. Five Finger Death Punch also joins the show.
