If you’re anything like us, your music festival bucket is overflowing with dream festivals around the world. Well, it’s time to make room for one more. The Envision Festival in Costa Rica just released their second phase of artists for February 26-March 1, 2015. The new batch will join previously announced headliners Groundation, Phaeleh, The Polish Ambassador, Random Rab, Emancipator, and Ott.
