The Capitol Hill Block Party, one of the Seattle summer highlights, has released the first set of names for the festival scheduled from July 24-26. TV on the Radio, The Kills, Built To Spill, Jamie xx, and Toro y Moi will headline the show. All told we are looking at 37 additions to the bill:

Three-day passes are available for $99 through April 2, for $125 between April 3-July 4, and for $150 beginning July 5. VIP tickets will also be available for $250.
