Canadian Music Week Adds Second Round of Artists

Canadian Music Week (or Canadian Music Fest), which dominates Toronto from May 6-10, 2014, has expanded their already large lineup. Joining the scene this year: Mastodon, Owen Pallett, Little Dragon, Travi$ Scott, Born Ruffians, Mounties, Hidden Cameras, Hollerado, Brendan Canning, Nothing, Matt Pond PA, Kongos, Diana, the Operators (with Dan Boeckner), the Flatliners, the Glorious Sons, High Dials, Wildlife, the Balconies, No Sinner, the Strumbellas, Biblical, Nikki Yanofsky, Grey Kingdom, Flash Lighnin’, Poncutation, the BB Guns, Grounders, the Motorleague, Pat Jordache, the Slackers, PyPy, Red Mass and many more.

They join previously announced  M.I.A., City and Colour, Tegan and Sara, Neko Case, and Ellie Goulding along loads more. From the official website:

For five nights in May, over 1000 artists from 40 countries perform at 60 venues in downtown Toronto. From suits to urban trendsetters and everyone in between, One Hundred Thousand fans come out to clubs across Toronto for an electrifying week of performances by the hottest artists, live music hit-makers and emerging talent. 3,000 Music Industry reps attend CMW to find next year’s stars, while the fans show up to discover and celebrate the New Music and see it’s newest talent as it rises to the top
