Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar Cephus (/ˈbɛlkəliːz ɑːlˈmænzɑːr/, Spanish: [alˈmansaɾ]; born October 11, 1992), known professionally as Cardi B, is an American rapper. She is known for her distinct aggressive flow, clever punchlines and outspoken lyrics. Born and raised in New York City, she first gained popularity through Vine and Instagram.
