With the announcement by the UK government that restrictions are expected to end on June 21, music festivals across the region are feeling confident enough to not only announce dates, but lineups. Hey, we know things can change between now and the summer, but for now let’s keep hope alive with these 20+ festivals.

Standon Calling 2021

When: July 22-25, 2021

Where: Standon, UK


The Scene: Each summer, Standon Calling tells a new story, bringing their garden party to life with a themed world that has included monsters, the circus, and legends of the lost sees. Across four fun-filled days you’ll hear music from the acts you love and the very best in emerging talent. Savor incredible food, dance until the early hours, enjoy an abundance of family activities, lounge by the pool, luxuriate in a hot tub, or relax with a massage.

NASS Festival 2021

When: September 23-26, 2021

Where: Shepton Mallet, UK


The Scene: It's action sports meets a rave when they hard-partying NASS Festival comes to the south-west of England. Dance down at the warehouse party, mosh at the main stage, or check out world class BMXers, inline skaters, and skateboarders.

2000trees 2022

When: July 6-10, 2022

Where: Gloucestershire, UK


The Scene: This independent festival brings together the best of new and underground British music every July. The three-day extravaganza is set in the stunning Cotswold Hills. 2000trees promises no genre distinction, with the caveat 'that most of the bands do tend to hold guitars.'

Field Day Festival 2021

When: August 29, 2021

Where: London, UK


The Scene: In the packed London festival scene, Field Day continues to stand apart from the crowd each summer. The outdoor festival has sold out every year since its inception in 2007 -- no wonder since Field Day's alumni include Pixies, Metronomy, Animal Collective, Disclosure, Patti Smith, FKA Twigs, Savages, Of Montreal, and Run the Jewels. This bounty of indie rock also boasts the infamous Village Mentality which features a wry mix of team games, DIY side stalls, and competitive eating!

Doune the Rabbit Hole 2022

When: July 14-17, 2022

Where: Stirlingshire, Scotland


The Scene: 'Doune the Rabbit Hole is an intimate, independent music & arts festival located amidst the glorious ancient oak trees of the Cardross Estate, near (Scotland’s ONLY) Lake of Menteith, in Stirlingshire. Started in 2010, at a site near the town of Doune (hence the name!) they have been celebrating the very best of Scotland’s independent/DIY arts scene alongside amazing international guests.'

Camp Bestival 2021

Slam Dunk Festival 2021

When: September 4-5, 2021

Where: Leeds/Hatfield, UK


The Scene: Slam Dunk started out as a pop-punk club night at The Cockpit, Leeds in the early 00's.
