The biggest party on the snow returns to the Alps this winter. With thumping electronic beats, Snoop Dogg headlining, and some of the sickest mountains on the continent, Snowbombing 2012 is one festival that the winter enthusiast/festival junkie should scribble onto their bucket list.
Dates are going to be April 9-14, 2012 which puts it squarely on the tail end of winter. Previous years, the winter bash has been closer to Spring Break/mid-March. That means chances of a massive snowstorm may decrease while finding yourself in a hot tub with a bevy of good looking Austrians on the the increase.
Take note: Snowbombing is a full package deal which means you purchase lodging along with your festival ticket. This can be extremely pricey so it’s worth taking the time to read all the fine print.
Here is the current lineup. This looks to be a final lineup, although don’t be surprised if a few more names turn up on the list over the upcoming winter.
