Welcome to Rockville, Florida’s answer to Rock on the Range, is celebrating its third birthday by expanding to two days — April 27-28, 2013. You’re looking at headliners like Alice in Chains, 3 Doors Down, Papa Roach, Limp Bizkit , and of course the ultimate southern rockers, Lynyrd Skynyrd.
If that lineup sounds similar to Ohio’s ROTR, that’s because they’re both part of the World’s Loudest Month, a collection of festivals around the country that celebrate good old rockin’ and rollin’.
The rest of the lineup for Welcome to Rockville, which will take place in Jacksonville’s Metropolitan Park, includes: Shinedown,Stone Sour, Three Days Grace, Bullet For My Valentine, Halestorm, Buckcherry, Hollywood Undead, Skillet, All That Remains, Device (featuring David Draiman from Disturbed), Asking Alexandria, Escape The Fate, Filter, In This Moment, Steel Panther, Motionless In White, Pop Evil, Otherwise, Saving Abel, Nonpoint, Red, Young Guns, Thousand Foot Krutch, Gemini Syndrome, and Girl On Fire.
Tickets: Two-day General Admission tickets will be just $99.50 plus service fees and single day General Admission tickets will be $54.50 plus service fees.
